I’m Siju Apejoye, a pre-law student working toward law school in Fall 2026. This journey has been the hardest project I’ve ever undertaken, but there’s something undeniably beautiful about it. The process has changed me, taught me discipline, and pushed me through moments that are tiring, confusing, and overwhelming. I created this space to share what I’ve learned and help other students navigate their own paths with support and a little encouragement along the way.
Why am I qualified to help?
- I’ve been where you are, figuring out the pre-law journey, navigating LSAT prep, and planning for law school while balancing real-world experiences. Over the years, I’ve built a track record of leadership, advocacy, and hands-on legal exposure:
- Serving on the Council of Multicultural Presidents at WSU, where I led initiatives to expand student services and worked directly with university leadership.
- Interning at Baumgarten Law, gaining firsthand experience in legal research, client work, and the inner workings of a law firm.
- Acting as a mock trial advocate, arguing both sides of civil cases, which sharpened my reasoning, public speaking, and analytical skills.
- Participated in programs that deepen understanding of policy, law, and advocacy.
- Leadership roles in organizations like the Student Entertainment Board, where I manage programming, events, and creative projects.
- All of these experiences have taught me discipline, resilience, and how to navigate complex systems the same skills that are crucial for pre-law students. I’m still on the journey myself, which means I understand the stress, confusion, and uncertainty firsthand. I’m here to share what works, what doesn’t, and guide you so you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
If I could hold your hand literally, I WOULD.
But since I can't, here's this
